Return Policy

We want you to be 100% pleased with the jewelry that you purchase from PAMPERED PEARLS. It is our intention to supply you with the jewelry that you truly want at the value you expect. It is for this reason that we offer you an unconditional 30 day money back guarantee. If you would like, we can even extend this 30 days to 60 days upon your request. There is no re-stocking fee for returned orders. On the original invoice or gift receipt please indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or credit original method of payment. If you do not have your original invoice or gift receipt, please include a letter with your returned merchandise that includes the following information:

Order number
Item name/description
Reason for return
Action to be taken (replacement or merchandise credit)

Please return all merchandise in its original condition with labels/tags attached. Please include the gift boxes with which your order was shipped as well as all accompanying materials. Also, please remember to insure the package for the full amount of the purchase price before shipping. We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges. Use the shipping carrier most convenient for you, and send the package to the following address, where your return will be processed according to your instructions:

Gift Wrap

During checkout you can indicate if you want your package gift wrapped. Gift wrapping is free of charge. You can also include a gift message to be included with your package.

Shipping

PAMPERED PEARLS uses UPS to ship its products to you. Orders shipped via UPS ground are shipped free of charge. Orders placed today by Noon Eastern Standard Time and shipped via UPS ground will be delivered to you within 2 to 3 business days between 10:30am to 3pm depending on your location. If you require other delivery methods, please choose the appropriate shipping option during checkout and you will be charged based on the shipping destination. All packages shipped from Pampered Pearl are insured for the purchase price through transit. Once the package is received, its contents are no longer insured. All products are shipped within 24 hours of being ordered. If you are ordering a gift from Pampered Pearl and are interested in keeping it a secret, we are able to ship to an address other than your home. You will have the option of entering this information during checkout. You will receive a UPS tracking number by email. Tax

A 6% sales tax will be added to your order if you reside in New Jersey. Pampered Pearls has a physical business office in New Jersey, therefore, it must collect a 6% sales tax from customers in that state. Residents in all other states (except New Jersey) will not be charged sales tax on their order. The consumer is technically responsible for remitting any unpaid sales tax on online purchases directly to their state.

Gift Certificates

At Pampered Pearls, we strive to provide just the right gifting solution for any occasion. Even so, we know there are times when it's easiest — and perhaps most appreciated — to let the recipient choose.

When you give our Pampered Pearls Gift Certificates, you give the luxury of choice.

The recipient will receive a personalized e-mail informing them of your gift along with all the necessary information to redeem the Gift Certificate and purchase their jewelry.

You will receive an e-mail confirming your purchase for your records.

You can use a coupon when purchasing a gift certificate. You cannot use a coupon when redeeming a gift certificate.

After receiving a gift certificate we recommend that you print out or save a copy of the email, or write down the gift certificate codes and keep them in a safe place. You will need these codes to redeem your gift certificates online. Remember, this code is freely transferable, so you should treat it like money.

To use your gift certificates at pamperedpearls.com, add the items you want to buy to your shopping cart. At checkout time, simply enter your gift certificate codes in the appropriate box. Make sure that you enter the complete code, starting with the "@" sign. If you've received more than one gift certificate for pamperedpearls.com, you can enter all the codes separated by commas. If the amount of the gift certificate covers the cost of your order, you don't need to enter your credit card.
